writing: In the country of Iran, there are very strict laws. The women are expected to stay home and take care of the household and children. They also have to wear full head veils to cover their face and head. Unless they are just around the house with their family, it’s mandatory that they wear their head veils and clothes that do not show off their body shape. The men in Iran do not have to wear veils. They are expected to go to work and provide for the family. When in public, you don’t see a lot of affection between couples. You aren’t supposed to show affection in public because its considered disrespectful to the country of Iran. In Iran, most women have to have arranged marriages and don’t have a lot of freedom. Women and men in Iran do not have equal rights because women deserve better treatment. They are forced to cover up and are not able to express themselves the way that they want to.
